The Roadmap for SDG Implementation in Jamaica outlines critical steps towards the achievement of the 2030 Agenda, covering its alignment with national priorities, acceleration, financing, data requirements, institutional coordination, and advocacy. The Roadmap is the product of a collaboration between the national focal points — the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT) and the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (STATIN) — and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), based on insights and information collected from a series of consultations and bilateral meetings. It also draws from the recommendations set forth by the Economic Growth Council.
