The Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing States (COE), The National SDG Commission Aruba (SGD team) and The Health Care Conference Aruba (HCCA) collaborated for a break-out session on SDG #3.
Given that the COE’s goal is to foster South-South cooperation between Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and the HCCA’s intention is to bring together the SIDS within the Dutch Kingdom, all collaborators saw a good fit with the suggested topic “Does one size fit all?” around the WHO strategic model for Integrated-People-Centred Health Services (IHC) to achieve SDG #3.
A “knowledge package” on case studies related to SIDS and in relation to healthcare and SDG #3 was collected (please find these resources below).
Additionally, a report on key findings of the break-out session is provided.
